General

Awais Designer is a focused, senior-heavy studio led by Awais, a professional graphic designer with 7+ years of experience and 3,000+ projects completed, backed by a small team of 8 specialists across packaging, branding, UI/UX, print production, and client success. You always have direct access to the people actually working on your project, not a rotating pool of anonymous freelancers.

We specialise in six core disciplines: packaging design, label design, brand identity & logo design, UI/UX & web design, print design (brochures, catalogues, flyers), and eCommerce design (Amazon A+, Shopify, Etsy). This covers the full design lifecycle from concept to print-ready delivery.

We have extensive experience in food & beverage, cosmetics & skincare, CBD & hemp, supplements & nutraceuticals, electronics, luxury goods, pet products, household products, SaaS, and eCommerce brands. Each industry brings specific regulatory and aesthetic requirements we navigate confidently.

We work with clients worldwide. Our primary markets include the USA, UK, Pakistan, Switzerland, Netherlands, Canada, Australia, Germany, UAE, and Saudi Arabia, but we serve brands in over 190 countries. All communication is in English and all pricing is in USD by default.

Our primary tools are Adobe Illustrator (vector & packaging), Adobe Photoshop (image editing & retouching), Adobe InDesign (layouts & print), and Figma (UI/UX & web). All packaging and label work is produced to professional print specifications in the correct colour space.

Process & Timeline

Our process has four stages: (1) Discovery Brief, you share your project goals, references, and requirements via our intake form or email. (2) Research & Concept, we research your market and competitors, then develop initial design concepts. (3) Revisions, we refine the selected concept through revision rounds until the design is perfect. (4) Delivery, final print-ready files are delivered in all required formats.

Timelines depend on project complexity. A label or logo design typically takes 3–5 business days for the first draft. A full packaging system takes 5–8 business days. A complete brand identity takes 8–12 business days. Rush delivery is available, ask us before booking.

All standard packages include 3 revision rounds. Our Growth and Premium packages include unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied. Additional revision rounds are available at a flat rate if you exceed your package allowance.

A brief is helpful but not required. We provide a structured intake questionnaire that walks you through the key information we need, product details, target audience, brand values, competitors, and design preferences. For complex projects, a discovery call is available before we begin.

Yes. For larger projects, we offer a paid concept-only phase where we develop 2–3 initial directions for you to review before proceeding. This is ideal for complex brand identity or multi-SKU packaging system projects.

Pricing & Payments

Our pricing depends on project scope. Single-asset projects (e.g., one label, one box) start from $150–$500. Complete packaging systems (e.g., full product range, multi-SKU) start from $500–$1,500. Full brand builds (packaging + identity + print + digital) start from $1,500+. We provide a fixed project quote before starting, no hourly surprises.

We always charge a fixed project fee agreed in advance. You know the exact cost before we start work. This model aligns incentives, you get focused, efficient work without watching the clock.

Our standard pricing is in USD. We also accept GBP, EUR, PKR, CHF, CAD, and AUD. Equivalent pricing in your local currency is available on request.

We accept bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN), PayPal, and Wise. For new clients, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due before final file delivery.

Yes. If you have multiple projects or an ongoing need for design support, we offer bundle pricing at a discounted rate and monthly retainer arrangements. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

File Delivery

For packaging and label design: print-ready PDF (with bleed, crop marks, and embedded fonts), editable AI/EPS source files, and PNG preview files. For logo and brand identity: AI, EPS, PDF (vector), PNG and SVG (for web), and JPEG. For UI/UX: Figma source files plus exported assets in PNG, SVG, and WebP formats.

Yes. Every packaging and label file includes correct bleed (typically 3mm/0.125in), crop and trim marks, embedded fonts, and the correct colour profile (CMYK for offset/flexo, RGB/Hex for digital files). We specify all Pantone and CMYK values and confirm colour setup for your chosen print method before delivery.

Yes. Upon final payment, full intellectual property and usage rights transfer to you. You own the designs outright and may use them commercially without restriction, in any territory, for any duration.

Yes. All packaging projects include photo-realistic 3D mockups for client approval and marketing use. These are delivered alongside the flat print-ready files.

Files are delivered via a WeTransfer or Google Drive link. Large projects are shared as organised folder structures with clearly labelled files for each deliverable. We archive projects for 12 months so you can request re-downloads if needed.

Packaging Design

Yes. We create structural dielines from scratch based on your dimensions, or we can work from a supplier-provided template. All dielines are produced in Adobe Illustrator with precise measurements to ensure correct fitment.

Yes. We work with all major print methods, digital printing, flexographic printing, offset lithography, gravure, and screen printing. We tailor colour profiles, line weights, and minimum detail specifications to your chosen print method and substrate.

Absolutely. We work with both Pantone (PMS) and CMYK colour systems and advise which is best suited to your print method and budget. For brand identity projects, we always establish both the Pantone and CMYK values as part of the brand guidelines.

Yes. We are thoroughly familiar with FDA dietary supplement labeling requirements (USA), UK FSA compliance, EU Novel Food regulations, and Health Canada rules. We ensure all mandatory text blocks, disclaimer panels, nutrition facts, and ingredient lists are correctly placed and sized.

Yes. Brand refreshes and packaging redesigns are a major part of our work. We can evolve an existing identity to feel more premium or contemporary, or conduct a complete redesign while retaining brand recognition elements you wish to keep.

Label Design

We design all label types: bottle and jar labels, shrink sleeves, roll-fed labels, pressure-sensitive labels, wrap-around labels, neck labels, and tax strips. We work with rectangle, oval, circle, and custom die-cut shapes.

Yes. We design compliant FDA Nutrition Facts panels following the updated 2020 FDA labeling rules, including serving size, daily values, and all required nutrients. We also design UK/EU-format nutrition tables and ingredient declaration panels.

Yes. We regularly design full wrap-around labels, front/back panel sets, and coordinated multi-panel label systems (front, back, neck, and cap labels). These are delivered as separate print-ready files clearly labelled for your printer.
